Position Overview:
As Master Automotive Technician at Mango Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our service department. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Workflow Management: Oversee the scheduling and allocation of repair orders to maximize efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
- ASE Certification (Highly Preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in automotive repair processes and systems.
- Knowledge of industry software (e.g., [TekMetric]).
