Hourly salary range for role is $13.00-$15.00 per hour In addition, our Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
· Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time on manager's days off
· Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings
· Assisting store manager in all aspects of the store management process
· Monitoring and training new employees
· Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
· Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment
· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
· Cash management
· Inventory management
· Assist store manager with monitoring and tracking in shop performance goals
