Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team in a 12 bay shop. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks and comprehensive vehicle safety inspections. Your keen eye for detail and ability to communicate effectively with our service writers will ensure our customers’ vehicles are in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, including changing engine oil and filters.
- Conduct complete vehicle safety inspections, focusing on brakes, suspension, and fluid levels.
- Communicate necessary vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to service writers.
- Document all concerns, issues, and parts/supplies used in a professional manner.
- Track time worked on each vehicle/job using provided time clock for stamping repair orders.
- Utilize power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
Skills
-Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety inspection procedures.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, yet friendly and easy-going environment.
-Preferred Skills:
- Additional skills related to vehicle maintenance and repair are a plus but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
