RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to diagnose, maintain and repair Chrysler automotive systems to ensure customer satisfaction (including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, air conditioning, etc.)
- Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correctly, to pass quality inspections set forth by dealership and Chrysler’s quality standards
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with service advisors and foreman regarding the status of the service work to keep customers informed if any additional service is needed
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master Certified or 2+ years automotive technician / mechanic experience
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
- Strong Automotive knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License
- Desire to be the best
- Maintain sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
- Employment subject to background check and drug screen test
