We are seeking a Senir Manager Product Management -Tire Solutions to join our team!
Our Senior Manager of Product Management – Tire Solutions will lead a team of Product Managers focused on: 1) understanding the needs and pain points of customer, 2) defining the product roadmap and requirements for tire solutions to customer fleet needs, 3) working with diverse stakeholders to develop and bring tire solutions to market in a way that drives value to customers and to Bridgestone.

Our preferred candidate will be based in Nashville, but we are open to remote for the right candidate.
In this role, the Senior Manager of Product Management – Tire Solutions, will be accountable for:
- Determining what products to build, in partnership with key counterparts including Customer Success
- Determining go-to-market characteristics of products, including channel and pricing strategy, in partnership with Customer Success
- Defining the roadmap of product features, in partnership with key counterparts including Customer Success
- Establishing the roadmap of physical product components in coordination with partners in R&D, product development, and operations functions
- Delivery of the product, in partnership with counterparts in R&D, product development, and supporting business functions (e.g. O2C / shared services, legal, etc)
- Ensuring that operational support is established to enable a good customer experience (e.g. installation, ongoing customer support, etc), in partnership with counterparts in Customer Success and other operations functions
The Senior Manager of Product Management – Tire Solutions will also be responsible for the direction, management, coaching and development of a team of Product Managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years management or leadership experience
- Or Master’s degree; 6+ years of relevant experience including 2-3 years management or leadership experience
- Experience developing digital solutions; prefer SaaS solutions for B2B cusotmers
- Demonstrated capability to partner with diverse business functions to drive successful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, and in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with digital tire solutions, and / or IOT solutions
- Experience with digital solutions for fleets and / or fleet service providers
- Experience contributing to the development of financial models (budgets, pricing models, etc), in partnership with Finance, technical and business counterparts, etc
