Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles, following manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and options to customers
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology and service techniques
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an automotive technology program or relevant certification is preferred
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician, with a focus on Volkswagen or other German vehicles
- Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with Volkswagen diagnostic tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
