We are looking for a lot technician to assist in unloading and building the trailers, along with customer check outs.
Minimum requirements are lifting 50 lbs, working outside majority of day, able to be customer-facing.
Pay range $17-19 DOE.
As a trailer builder and prep technician, your main role is to assist in finishing the complete assembly of the manufactured trailers that arrive from the lower 48 and finish the final safety checklist. This role is critical to ensuring all trailers are ready for the road.
Additional duties are maintaining a well-organized, clean and professional appearance of the sales lot, performing basic repairs to ensure trailers meet their safety standards, and assisting customers with trailer pick-ups.
All tools and equipment will be provided.
Work Hours:
Monday – Saturday 8:45am – 5:00pm, with one day off during the work week
35-40 hours per week guaranteed year-round
Required Qualifications:
Current valid driver’s license
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, kneel, bend, squat and stand without discomfort.
Must be able to work outside for most of the day, in all weather conditions.
Preferred Qualification:
Light electrical knowledge to include troubleshooting
Experience with forklifts or heavy machinery
