We're hiring an Estimator II to join Manheim's vehicle operations team. You'll provide accurate estimates for body, detail and mechanical services and keep an eye on repair progress and timelines.

What You'll Do You'll be on top of the nitty-gritty details and timelines while our vehicle techs take care of repairs. Here's more of what you'll be up to:
- Estimate services for assigned auction areas, covering body, detail and mechanical work.
- Share estimates with maintenance, reconditioning and other teams to initiate work.
- Coordinate with procurement/purchasing staff to nail down pricing for needed parts and supplies.
- Monitor repair progress, timelines, transportation and customer updates for greenlit reconditioning estimates.
- Keep records of repair/reconditioning details and handle necessary paperwork.
- Follow all safety and health procedures.

Minimum:
- A high school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field; or any degree/certification beyond high school and 1 year of experience; or 5 years of experience in a related field.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

USD 20.87 - 31.25 per hour
Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $20.87 - $31.25/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
