Rydell Auto Center is looking for Body Shop Customer Service Representatives to help support our Body Shop business and to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Schedule/Pay
- Schedule of 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
- Pay range is $18-$22/hour based on experience

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and guide them through the after accident procedures, either in person or over the phone
- Explain written estimate to guest
- Send glass claims to insurance for approval
- Check in with customers daily, via email or phone, to keep them up to date on their vehicle's repairs
- Ask for feedback from guests after vehicle repair has been completed
- Work with Estimator and Body Shop Foreman to stay knowledgeable on guest's vehicles
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years previous customer service experience is desired but not required. Training will be provided for the right person
- Ability to communicate with a diverse population of people while showing empathy for their sometimes stressful situations
- Confidence to handle high volume guest needs with limited supervision
- Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedures manual
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Excellent listening and communication skills, high level of initiative, and ability to work in a team.
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general math skills
- Experience in the estimating/body shop/automotive field Insurance company a big PLUS
- Professional appearance in accordance with body shop policies / dress code
- Must have high school diploma
