Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Body Shop Metal Technician. The technician performs metal repairs, including disassembling bumper covers and door covers, draining and refilling vehicle fluids, draining and recharging AC systems, and determining if a panel can be repaired or needs replacement.

Pay
- SIGNING AND/OR RELOCATION BONUS of up to $10,000 based on experience
- Guaranteed salary of $75,000/year for experienced applicants

Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on the latest repair methods and techniques for the vehicles sold and serviced by the dealership
- Perform all metal repairs according to estimate
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Advise Body Shop Manager if additional work is needed
- Operate all equipment in Body Shop in a safe and productive manner
- Maintain his stall in an orderly and clean manner
- Use discretion in using company materials and supplies
- Ensure customer’s cars are kept clean
- Document all work performed as soon as the job is completed
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of prior body work or shop experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- High School Diploma or equivalent
