Responsibilities:
- Hourly base pay + comission pay on hours turned // possible 42.00 per hour
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- Oil change and general inspections
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- ASE a benefit but not required
- Familiarity with Most make and models vehicles is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
