Moritz Sport and Marine is looking to add Experienced Marine and Recreational Vehicle Technicians to our team of Adventure Specialists!

The right candidate for this position will be mechanically inclined, enjoy problem solving, and a good team player who enjoys being a part of a highly productive shop. This position is generally responsible for diagnosing customers' concern, inspecting the customers' vehicles for any other needed repairs, and filling out an estimate sheet so customers make a well informed decision.
Specialty tools are provided within the shop, however, interested technicians should expect to come on day one ready to perform with their own tools.

- Hourly or Flat Rate: $18-35 per hour or DOE
- Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of technician experience preferred but not necessary
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive boats or recreational vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing all aspects of marine or recreational vehicles
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
