Location: Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska
Your Role:
As an Automotive Repair Service and Tire Shop Manager, you'll be instrumental in steering the operations of either our full-service or lube and tire store models. We are looking for a versatile leader, proficient in managing diverse automotive service operations and committed to upholding our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operations across different store models: full-service and lube and tire.
Demonstrate proven experience in a service advisor role, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Be a leader by example of how to service customers and sell quality work with quality services performed and supervised in the shop
Apply your experience as a previous location manager to drive business success.
Uphold our high standards of customer service, quality, and integrity in every interaction.
Implement strategies to meet sales targets and manage Profit and loss statements effectively.
Streamline processes and systems for operational excellence.
Foster a positive team environment, encouraging growth and accountability.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum three years of experience as a Store Manager in the automotive industry, with specific experience in full-service and lube and tire operations.
Proven track record as a service advisor, with strong customer service and team management skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license (state-issued where employed).
Fluent in English.
