We are looking for an experienced Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with a variety of tire sizes and brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, mounting, balancing, and repairing tires as well as performing routine maintenance checks on vehicles. This is a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with their hands and is looking to grow their skills in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect tires for wear and damage.
- Mount and dismount tires from wheels.
- Balance and rotate tires.
- Inspect and repair tire valves.
- Perform tire repairs, including patching, plugging, and buffing.
- Clean and lubricate wheel assemblies.
- Check tire pressure and adjust as needed.
