*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery and setup of home medical equipment and customer service.
*Duties*
- Deliver and setup required equipment in patient's residence
- Educate patients and their family members in proper use and care of medical equipment in a home setting
- Complete written patient visit reports following setups or home visits
- Process all orders in a timely, accurate manner
- Assist in resolving patient equipment problems under emergency situations
- Assume on-call responsibilites during non-business hours in accordance with company policy
*Qualifications*
- Drivers License with good driving record
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols adherence
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
