RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service Customer and Internal vehicles
- Receive and handle repair orders and process paperwork correctly.
- Perform full MPI inspections on each car
- Recommend “upsell” items necessary to the vehicle
- Keep shop area clean and organized
- Complete online factory training
- Diagnose vehicles in a timely manner and accurately
- Minimal to no comebacks
- Provide own tools and storage
- Any other task assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Automotive knowledge
- ASE training
- Import training and experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills and experience
- Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
