We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Automotive Lube Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance services, ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our customers’ vehicles. Automotive Lube Technician responsinilties:
- Oil Changes: Perform oil and filter changes for various vehicle makes and models efficiently and accurately.
- Fluid Checks: Inspect and top off vital fluids (brake, transmission, coolant, power steering, etc.) as needed.
- Tire Maintenance: Assist with tire rotations and pressure checks to ensure proper tire performance.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary services.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining services performed and any additional recommendations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document services performed and maintain detailed service records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Automotive Lube Technician Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in automotive maintenance or a related field preferred, but not required; entry-level candidates welcome.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
- Certifications: State certifications preferred. ASE certification or similar is a plus, but not mandatory. Valid drivers license required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various physical conditions (standing, kneeling, bending).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
