KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Satisfaction:
- Greet all customer and answer telephone with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers on the floor as needed
Customer Installs:
- Mount, balance, and install customer wheels and tires
- Install lift and level kits
- Operate both computer balancer and tire machine
- Complete work orders and related paperwork
- Follow all safety guidelines including vehicle torque policy
- Update store manager on any needed accessories or tools
Store and Vehicle Appearance:
- Maintain, organize, and clean shop and equipment
- Conduct planned maintenance on tools and shop equipment
- Clean, inspect, and maintain the company vehicle
- Keep all wheels and tires in showroom rent ready
- Maintain parking lot and surrounding area
- Clean and refurbish used wheels and tires to best possible condition
Account Delinquency:
- Assist accounts manager in field with pick-ups
- Prepared and stock truck for field visits
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior custom wheel and tire installation experience
- Experience working with a computer balancer and tire machine
- Friendly with good communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds
- Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
- Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
