Our most successful candidates have:
- CURRENT and UP TO DATE Master certification in a brand and it must be current or if lapsed you are willing to recertify - we need master technicians / mechanics for any brand
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues because of your highly developed knowledge base
- The ability to analyze a mechanical situation, weld, fabricate and implement solutions to solve all types of vehicle issues
- A highly analytical problem solving mind

- Ability to use a computer accurately and effectively with good typing skills

- Valid Drivers License - cannot be considered otherwise
In addition to top-tier wages, packages may include:

Wage range is up to $60 flat/hourly/some salary positions are available
Qualifications:
- Experience as a master automotive technician / mechanic in gas and/or diesel
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues
- The ability to communicate effectively via computer/verbal with service advisors and work shop staff
- Ability to perform lifting and physical tasks as required
- Master level brand certification and / or ASE master certification
