Local Auto Solutions is seeking skilled and reliable Independent Mobile Mechanics to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional repair and maintenance services on customers' vehicles. You will have the flexibility to work in various locations and handle a diverse range of automotive issues.
We have a network mechanics nationwide who we match with customers within given the radius of your starting point that you provide (for example if you're maximum distance is 25 miles from your home zip code you provide us with that during onboarding). This is an opportunity to seamlessly start and operate your own profitable business and work your own hours!
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles provided by Local Auto Solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues.
- Utilize technical expertise to efficiently troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Document all services performed accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mobile Mechanic.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills with knowledge of automotive systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record along with general liability insurance.
- Own tools and equipment necessary for performing automotive repairs.
Compensation:
Mobile Mechanics will receive $70/hour flat rate based on manufacturer book time, same way shops and dealerships give estimates.

You will be a 1099 independent contractor and we provide you everything necessary to start and maintain your own business. You are required to carry commercial general liability insurance
