Job Description
Autoworks of Baker is currently seeking an Automotive Body Technician with experience in the service, repair and performance of automobiles with a standard and knowledge of collision repair. This position will require the ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles, safety and performance systems.
- Perform duties associated with auto body repair including disassembly, removal of auto equipment for repair access, complete all repairs by ensuring industry standards are met.
- Follow protocols provided for repairs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with team mates.
- Positive attitude with the desire to work in a team setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of performing high-quality repairs using up-to-date methods.
- Ability to use all power tools required to perform position.
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions related to repairs, ask follow-up questions and communicate clearly any obstacles with meeting deadlines and/or standards.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of auto body experience required.
- Experience with extensive body repairs including metal pulling and multiple panel repairs.
Schedule:
Commission pay.
