- Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable Body Technicians and Painters and Apprentices
- Manage Teardown / Insurance Supplement Process
- Insurance Communications
- Backup Primary Estimator
Qualifications
- 3+ years Collision Center Estimating Experience
- Has Jim Winter Values – (BASICS Below)
- Estimating Software Experience (CCC)
- Team Player
- Strong Communication Skills
- Technician Experience Preferred
