Job Summary:
Hyman Brothers Auto Group is seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Lube Tech/Trainee. This individual will be responsible for assisting our experienced technicians in performing basic maintenance and repair services on vehicles. This is a full-time job in the auto industry, located in Midlothian, Virginia. As a Lube Tech/Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop valuable skills within the automotive industry while working with a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting experienced technicians in performing basic maintenance and repair services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Performing vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or areas of concern.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following company standards and procedures.
- Learning and developing skills in the areas of vehicle diagnostic testing and repair.
- Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.
- Adhering to safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience or education in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
