We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team at Bill Hood Chevrolet Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality automotive maintenance services to our valued customers. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle components for potential issues
- Complete basic automotive repairs, such as replacing filters, bulbs, and wipers.
- Perform fluid checks and top-ups as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.
- Keep detailed records of services performed and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their automotive needs and concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
