About the Position
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor, with the optional opportunity to grow into a Service Manager role for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and leadership capabilities.
No experience as a Service Advisor? No problem! While an automotive background is preferred, we’re happy to train candidates with strong sales and customer service skills. If you’re organized, thrive under pressure, and enjoy helping customers, you could be the perfect fit!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns.
- Provide clear and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate with technicians to relay detailed information to customers.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles and any necessary updates.
- Ensure all repair orders are properly documented and precise.
- Upsell services and recommend preventive maintenance to enhance sales.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage schedules efficiently to maintain a smooth daily workflow.
- Oversee the ordering and tracking of parts to support timely repairs.
- Collaborate with the service team to meet customer expectations and shop goals.
