Triton Auto Care, a family-owned, growth-oriented auto repair shop in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Service Advisor. We are expanding and are looking to add a good/new/experienced service advisor to our team NOW.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service department
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues
- Recommend appropriate automotive services based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
- Provide detailed estimates for repairs, including parts and labor costs
- Schedule appointments for service and ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in automotive sales or service writing is preferred
- Familiarity with brake repair, shocks/struts replacement, oil changes, diesel engine repair, and general vehicle maintenance
- Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and explain them to customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
