The Flat Rate Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 and $85.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. In the past years, these production bonuses have been in excess of $10,000.

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, specifications, and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Stay current with manufacturer training requirements.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 FCA Certification
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- History of High FFV
- Excellent customer service skills with basic computer skill
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Self Motivated, High Energy
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Background and Drug Test Required
