Job Description:
Must have knowledge of suspension and alignments. Duties include, but not limited to, driving and diagnosing vehicles, aligning vehicles, communicating with customers, and more. Please be punctual and reliable.
Key Qualifications:
- Understanding of Alignment Angles (Camber, Caster, Toe)
- Ability to use Alignment equipment correctly
- Knowledge of vehicle suspension systems
- Precisely measuring and interpreting alignment data
- Making necessary adjustments to achieve proper alignment
- Thoroughly checking work for accuracy
- Explain alignment results clearly to customers
- Discussing repair needs and recommendations with customers and service manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in automotive technology or a related field preferred
- Proven experience working with alignment technologies and systems
- Strong understanding of automotive suspension systems and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions:
The Alignment Technician will work in an automotive repair shop. The Alignment Technician may be required to stand for extended periods of time, bending, and lifting heavy objects. The Alignment Technician may be required to work in varying weather conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
