Duncan's Automotive is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

- Applicant must have:
- Detailed knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Knowledge of the tools, scan tool usage, and shop equipment
- Versed on parts ordering and inventory management
- Versed on the rules and regulations of the Bureau of Automotive Repair
- Min. 5 years' experience and proven track record in the Automotive Industry
- Goal Oriented
- Great customer service skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Great follow up and follow through skills
- Computer skills for Invoicing customers and Ordering parts
- Experience in completing work orders, revising estimates and final sales transactions
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable insurable driving record
- MUST be willing to become ASE Certified as an Automotive Service Writer
- Adhere to all attendance, punctuality, and timekeeping standards
- Keep an open mind and communicate ideas for improvement of the efficiency in our processes.
Automotive Service Advisor Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience minimum
- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Team oriented, flexible, focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Must be a motivated self-starter & works well as a team player
