Job responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and light repair, ability to diagnose customer concerns/complaints, ability to document your repair process and testing procedures, maintain clean and neat work area, communicate with advisors and manager effectively, perform multi- inspections, and any other task or duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Automotive experience, positive attitude, communication skills, promptness, work ethic, appropriateness, consistently increasing your knowledge with training and experience. Valid Drive license and clean driving record is a must.
**DEALERSHIP AND IMPORT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**
Job Description:
Applicants should have a minimum of 5 year dealership experience as a technician. Import experience preferred. The Ideal Candidate must have a neat and clean appearance; excellent customer service and communication skills; excel in a fast paced environment and possess basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Performing requested repair work in a productive and efficient manner
- Using Diagnostic Equipment and Special Service tools to test vehicle components
- Technician is responsible for repairing vehicles under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, steering, electrical, air conditioning, etc
- Technician is responsible for providing the Service Advisor with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
Qualifications or Requirements:
- Must have valid AZ drivers license
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be a helpful team player
