Job description
The position of Service Center Manager for Jiffy lube LLC encompasses a wide variety of critical responsibilities for the success of a Jiffy Lube location. The Manager is responsible for all activities within their unit. Some of these responsibilities include but are not limited to store operations, personnel, facilities, customer service, safety, sales, profitability and etc. Outlined below are some of the primary responsibilities which include overseeing and managing the entire staff at the Jiffy Lube unit on a day to day basis, the development of staff members through training and other techniques, marketing the unit to the community, creating a positive and safe work environment for employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, increasing sales by delivering superior customer service, ensuring value to customers, delivering overall cleanliness of the location, protect and grow the profitability through the proper control of expenses, address and resolve customer complaints and various other duties within the Jiffy Lube unit.
Although the primary responsibilities are listed below, the position’s duties also include the Manager’s willingness and desire to assist in all areas of the business. The Manager is ultimately responsible for the results of their unit. It would be unrealistic for the Manager to perform every single duty listed personally, therefore Jiffy Lube urges the Manager to hire, develop and train a competent management staff to accomplish his objectives and use proper delegation and follow-up techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Hourly Non-Exempt Position.
Base compensation will range from $71,500.00 to $91,500.00
Bonus pay potential up to $4,000.00 per month
