Our team is currently looking for a dedicated, experienced Window Tint Center Manager.
The Center Manager is the face of Turbo Tint North Las Vegas. The Center Manager is responsible for all contact with customers from the initial phone call through delivery of the vehicle and for reporting operational updates to the owner. The primary focus of this position is on sales and customer service. An honest, fair approach to all customers, sales, and installation is imperative.
What will you do?
● Open, manage, and close the store daily Tuesday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 2 PM) – subject to modification as needed
● Ensure that customer experience is outstanding from first customer contact until the car is delivered (picked up and paid for)
●Manage inbound internet and phone leads, maximizing revenue through cross-selling and upselling and delivering great sales experience for the customer.
●Utilize Turbo Tint systems, advanced scheduling software, and point of sale.
●Collaborate with other management to develop, implement, and oversee store and staffing policies and procedures.
● Maintain appearance of the center for both safety and cleanliness
●Independent problem solving and smart resolution of customer concerns
● Manage, coach, and mentor teammates.
● Report directly to the owner who will mentor and strategize with you on ways to create efficiency, improve sales strategy, drive operational excellence.
What we are looking for:
● We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of high performance in a retail-faced management position with a focus on sales excellence and customer satisfaction
● Retail sales or account management experience required
●Knowledge of modern cars and models is a plus
●Exceptional organizational ability with attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills, both in person, by email, and over the telephone. You will be the face of the company, and therefore we expect legible and well-organized communication with clients and prospects.
● Ability and willingness to learn and follow procedures as trained. Turbo Tint has developed a system and adherence to this system is important for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
● Ability to deliver a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable customer experience for all
●Must be able to pass background check
● Must have a clean driving record
●Window tint and paint protection film experience not required but a plus!

Full-time position – 40/hours per week
Turbo Tint Hours: Tuesday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM), Saturday (10 AM - 2 PM). Closed Sunday and Monday
