WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. As our Auto Repair Service Advisor, your day will be filled with variety. You'll start by answering phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers, scheduling appointments, and gathering important vehicle information. You'll engage with clients, advising them on recommended services and creating accurate estimates to ensure the work is performed to the highest standards. Once the work orders are ready, you'll confirm they contain the right parts, labor, and information, ensuring the entire process runs smoothly. Throughout the day, you'll be managing multiple tasks, keeping customers informed, and making sure the service experience is as smooth as possible from start to finish. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impression and contribute to the overall success of the business.
What we need from you:
- 2+ years of experience as a service advisor
- Good driving record
Having great communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to type, is a plus!
