Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our five locations in San Diego County. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a deep understanding of Automotive repair operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and overall customer experience while managing daily operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations, including , monitoring each stores, production, employee and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with BAR and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Oversee staff training to enhance team performance and customer service skills.
- Maintain steady growth in performance and customer experience,
- Utilize Mitchell 1 Automotive software for daily, weekly, monthly reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among employees.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Experience
- Proven experience in Automotive Repair management.
- Strong background in multiple facility operations with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with production processes and management practices.
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
