Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Our law office represents California clients who have been sold a defective vehicle that qualifies as a lemon.
Our lemon law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Repair Order Specialist/ Warranty Admin. This person will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing automobile repair order documents. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and repair processes to accurately evaluate the repair orders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review and analyze repair order documents related to our client's vehicles to determine if they meet the criteria for a lemon law claim.
- Identify and document any discrepancies or issues with the repair orders
- Work closely with the team to provide supporting documentation and analysis for the lemon law claims.
Other:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the automotive repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and repair processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical repair manuals and documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with lemon law regulations and guidelines is a plus.
