Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Technician to join Volvo Cars of Queens. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing quality service to customers. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and other related duties associated with Volvo Cars vehicles.

Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to a competitive hourly wage between $17 - $50 per hour, Volvo Cars of Queens offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical and dental health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid vacation and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
Repair and replace vehicle parts and components.
Perform routine maintenance, such as tune-ups, oil changes, and brake service.
Inspect and test all vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
Maintain repair records and be aware of all warranties.
Work with other technicians to share best practices.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
New York State Inspectors License
Automotive mechanical knowledge and experience
Computer literacy (ability to repair automotive computers)
Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent customer service skills
