Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for interacting with customers, scheduling service appointments, and providing support to the service department.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Provide estimates for services and upsell additional services as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Ability to upsell services and products
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair terminologies
- Understanding of repair procedures
- Experience in cash handling procedures
- processes
- Previous experience as a service technician is a requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
