Duties

You have to "SHOW UP"!
Be ready to learn our quoting systems & talk pathways.
Call and work your leads everyday using proven methods toppled with our advanced CRM automation.
Learn coverages and strategic methods on closing deals efficiently and daily.
NEVER quit.
You will sell auto, home, business and life insurance products to new and existing Farmers Insurance customers.
Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to listen more talk less.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure the business.
Licensed in Life & Health and or Property & Casualty.
Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in sale telemarketing is a huge advantage.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $51,887.00 - $65,887.00 per year
