Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dismantler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in vehicle maintenance. This role involves disassembling vehicles and components for parts recovery, ensuring that all processes are conducted safely and efficiently. The Dismantler will work with various tools and equipment, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.

Duties

Disassemble vehicles and machinery to recover usable parts and materials.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters to perform dismantling tasks.
Inspect components for quality assurance and determine their viability for resale or recycling.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production goals.
Assist in training new employees on dismantling techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in BMW Vehicles.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for dismantling tasks.
Knows how to remove engines and transmissions one BMW's
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Being social media friendly since we show a lot of our buisness on social media.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
