Position

We are currently looking to fill a full-time position for a highly motivated Alignment, Brake, Suspension and Service technician to work at one of our retail locations.

Responsibilities/Duties include but are not limited to:

* Perform Wheel Alignments, Perform Brake replacements and Other suspension repairs.

* Perform Automotive service needs as needed

* Install lift/leveling kits on vehicles

* Recommend Automotive service.

* Explain and walk thru recommended repairs with customers as needed.

* A Focus towards providing excellent customer service, respect and courtesy to fellow team members, vendors, and customers.

Desired Qualifications and Skills but not limited to:

* Be a quick learner while having a good ability to take direction and instructions.

* Have Strong Automotive Service knowledge

* Be mechanically inclined

* Basic knowledge of computers and basic operations.

* Neat and Detail oriented.

* Have good Initiative

*ASE certifications in Alignment and Suspension

Requirements:

-Must be legally authorized to work in the US - Valid Driver’s License

- Fluent in English

- At least 4 years Alignment/Suspension related repairs and Automotive service experience

-Brake, Suspension, and Alignment related ASE Certifications

-Have all basic hand tools. (Major tools, Scanner, already provided by shop)

Compensation:

Flat rate system with Guarantees. We offer very competitive wages depending on experience and qualifications. , Monthly/Bi Weekly bonuses based on Sales/Service goals. We are ready to pay very well for the right candidate. Pay will be at or above industry comps. Full time position!

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am-5:30 pm (5 Days a week)
