Responsibilities

Order parts for equipment repairs
Receive in and count product deliveries accurately, identifying missing or damaged items
Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer phones
Write up sales orders with correct customer and product information
Maintain correct stock inventory counts and process transfers
Rental Equipment Inventory: organize and keep the rental inventory serviced and rental-ready
Write up customer work orders
Experience with small/medium equipment

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no DUIs; no recent moving violations)
Excellent customer service skills - in person and over the phone
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Comfortable using basic computer programs and technology (Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency)
Being knowledgeable in repair and rental with small/medium machinery
