Role and Responsibilities:

Replace automotive glass, adhering to strict quality standards.
Perform repairs on damaged glass.
Conduct both pre and post-inspections with customers.
Use a variety of tools and scanning equipment as necessary.
Document repair orders on mobile devices.
Check in parts and communicate needs with a sense of urgency.
Safely remove and install trim panels & interior parts without causing damage.
Prioritize and manage time effectively to complete daily assignments.
Operate as a mobile position from a company-provided vehicle.
Clean vehicles of any glass debris resulting from impact or the repair process and ensure all visible surfaces are clear of excess materials.
Maintain safe working conditions by ensuring all equipment, materials, and areas of operation are secure and functional.
Conduct a final inspection with the customer, obtaining their signature on all required paperwork.
Handle all administrative duties and collect payments upon job completion.
Be accountable for assigned inventory, which includes vehicles, mobile devices, tools, and other provided equipment.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in the automotive glass industry.
Solid understanding of glass installation and replacement techniques.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient knowledge and usage of computers, mobile devices, and associated technology.
Self-driven individual with a positive attitude and customer-centric vision.
