Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle/equipment issues
Schedule and track vehicle maintenance
Filling out maintenance reports and updating vehicle maintenance records

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with small engine repair, gasoline and diesel engine maintenance
Knowledge of automotive systems and components
Ability to solder and weld
Familiarity with heavy equipment, trailers, and commercial vehicles
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical task

Expectations:

Punctuality and consistency in attendance
Follow instructions and take responsibility to fix mistakes
Work well with others and independently
Effective communication skills and professionalism
Demonstrate work ownership

Extra work is also available, such as running trailers, picking up supplies, or plowing. It will be a well rounded position that focuses on mechanic work, but has opportunities to switch up your day.
