Our week was great!

Operating in Old Town Gaithersburg, our team was busy, customers dropping off cars, calling and making appointments. With a big pool of repeat customers, and the shop of choice for customers looking for a shop, we stay busy.

Our team very often spends lunch hours together, sharing great food, telling jokes and having a good laugh! Everyone works well together, and as usual, there is no drama. Really- no drama.

No Drama? How? Because we believe that we all make the most individually when we are able to contribute as part of a well-oiled machine, and be sincerely appreciated in the process. Like for an engine, fuel is fuel, air is air, and a spark is a spark, but it's all about how well each component of that engine performs to get the most horsepower out of that engine.

To achieve this, we have an amazing and simple to learn process that ensures the team and you always perform at your best. All you need to fit in is reliability, honesty, a strong technical knowledge, willingness to learn new ways and drive.
