Overview
We are seeking a skilled motorycle Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive high-quality service and their vehicles are in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge, experience with both hand and power tools, and a commitment to customer service.

Duties

Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all customers.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment.
Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible
Communicate effectively with service team regarding their vehicle's needs and recommended services.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with dealership standards and safety regulations.
Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.

Skills

Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule.
Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship on all repairs and services.
Entry-level mechanic will be provided the necessary tools.
Experienced mechanics need to provide both basic and specialized tools.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
