EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

We will train the willing and able candidate.
High School Diploma.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude. Prior Equipment Training accepted not required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS / MATH SKILLS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidate can read, comprehend, and perform procedures in accordance with the service manuals and technical bulletins.
Self-Motivated – Ability to work independently. Good attitude and work ethic.
Maximize equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair of our client’s technology.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Utilize problem solving skills through analysis of data from the client, electronic data and observations.
Communicate and interact with customers, team, sales, management, and administration to understand the goals and meet deadlines.
Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time.
Provide accurate feedback with call close information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings. Perform other activities as needed.
