Description and skillset:

Knowledge of small engine service such as oil changes, blade sharpening for mowers, assisting our mechanic in day to day duties. This role includes loading dump trucks with a wheeled loader as needed and input material data into computer systems

## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality in all tasks. ## Responsibilities - Basic math and computer knowledge - Manage and supervise a fleet of equipment - Schedule and prioritize work orders to meet deadlines - Inspect completed work for quality assurance - Maintain shop procedures and safety protocols - Organize inventory, parts and supplies - Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical guidance - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies ## Experience - Previous experience as a Shop Supervisor/Foreman or similar role in an automotive or mechanical workshop - Proficiency in using tools and equipment for mechanics - Wheeled Loader knowldge of loading and workings - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
