We're hiring for a A-B tech level automotive technician! We have 1-2 positions available for the right candidate!! We need 1 great Technician capable of producing a minimum of 160 flag hours per month. (If you have the ability, we have the work!)

Qualifications for Automotive Technician:

Several years of experience filling out complete inspections reports
Complete check engine diagnostic skills
Clean driving record with a drivers license
Able to repair mainly domestic vehicles with some common foreign
Does not need hand holding or diagnose by google

Job Description for Automotive Technician:

Accurately Completing Services and Repairs on Customer’s Vehicles: Technicians are expected to be experts in their craft and are expected to complete services and repairs with excellence, integrity, precision, and extreme care.
Partner with Office Staff to Deliver on Company Sales Goals with Integrity: Technicians are expected to inspect each vehicle and quote any needed repairs and services to each customer. At times, technicians will be asked to work directly with customers to explain the condition of the vehicle and answer questions the customer may have about their needed services or repairs.
Transmission experience is not required but does help! We do all regular maintenance type work including brakes, suspension, engine repair as well as check engine light diagnostics, miss fire repair, A/C repair, major engine repair.

Flag rate depending on experience level
1 week paid time off at hire and 1 more week after a few years in the shop

This is a small business so we will always work with technicians when they need extra diag/repair time.
Paid seminars
We can talk about a guarantee minimum hours but you should never need it with our workflow!
