Haws Auto Body in Lafayette is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. We are a family owned and operated, independent collision repair facility, that has been in business since 1983. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a high level of satiscation and strive to keep customer service and quality at the forefront of that we do. This is not an entry level position and the rate of pay will be based on the candidates knowledge and experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who shares our goals, is committed to providing a consistently high level of quality, has a good work ethic and haa a passion for automotive collision repair, with expertise in various aspects of auto body work.

*Responsibilities*

- Inspect damaged vehicles with estimators and help formulate a repair plan, including making decicions on panel repair vs. replacement.

- Perform auto body repairs in a high quality fashion, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs

- Replace auto glass as necessary

- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to bodywork

*Qualifications*

- Experience as an Auto Body Technician

- Proficiency in welding

- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- I-Car Certification or training in auto body repair is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
