Basic tools required w/ rolling box.

DUTIES:

Fixing bumper pull and gooseneck trailers: fixing wiring, replacing wiring, trailer plugs, diagnosing brake issues, replacing brakes, hubs and drums etc.

Mounting Flatbeds on Trucks: Removing factory bed- installing flatbed, Fixing wiring, welding under-bed toolboxes, adding work lights, etc.

Installing truck accessories: Front bumper replacements, grille guards, transfer tanks, running boards, cross bed toolboxes, air bag and compressor kits.

We work inside in a heated shop.

We work with nice shop equipment

$25 hr base pay PLUS
$10-$15 per hour for every billable hour. -BONUSES PAID EVERY 2 WEEKS.
Bonus structure explained :
Bill-out 70% +of your time on clock you receive $10 per hour (if you work 100 hours, bill out 70= $700 bonus)
Bill-out 80%+ of your time on clock you receive $12 per hour (if you work 100 hours, bill out 80= $960)
Bill-out 80%+of your time on clock you receive additional $15 per hour ( if you work 100 hours, bill out 80= $1200)

if you work 100 hours and bill 100 hours = $1500

Bonus are every 2 weeks - we have a few guys that get $1200 plus bonus regularly.

PTO: 15 DAYS AFTER 1 YEAR - pay out every year for what's not used

INSURANCE bonus $400 to someone with family, $200 if no family

3% Match IRA (offered after 1 year)
